Advantos is partnering with Unity FI Solutions
to bring their expertise in marketing and financial solutions to our clients and
potential clients.
Hal Beswick, Director of Sales & Business Development, will be contacting Advantos
customers to offer information about both Advantos' new services and Unity FI' s
services that are available to our customers.
Advantos has automated a significant amount of their accounting activity, with electronic
receipts, disbursements, and bank transactions, and this contact by Unity FI Solutions
will allow our customers to become familiar with our new services.
UnityFi Solutions is a North Carolina based financial services company delivering custom
solutions to a variety of businesses in the financial services business sector. Their
offerings of advanced receipts and disbursement solutions fits in well with Advantos'
software application.

Where did the Preferences/Options go in the Tools menu?
Advantos has noticed that a number of our clients are confused by the
difference between Advantos configurations description and large Internet
companies like browsers and Google, etc.
As a result, we have standardized the description of the Advantos configurations
to be "Settings" instead of "Preferences/Options". To be honest, most software
companies referred to configurations as "Preferences", which normally appeared
in the "Edit" menu of their window, while Microsoft broke that rule by referring
to their configurations as "Options", which normally appeared in their "File"
menus of their windows.
So, when making changes to Advantos configurations, refer to the new "Settings"
menu option in the Tools module.

Advantos ® ERP software was designed to work as the core of a property management
business. All of the processes are designed to assist the management company to be
more efficient, resulting in improved profitability. Our Accounts Payable module
can create NACHA files to pay bills and can import invoices, say from a utility
company, en masse.
All of our modules automatically interface with the General Ledger module, where
all standard general ledger reporting is accomplished in a "Trust" and secure
environment.
Our Corporate Receivables module allows the maintenance of the corporate A/R by
automatically tracking and creating transactions rather than forcing users to
manually post transactions to the G/L separately, which is not recommended. This
module also allows NACHA files to be built to transfer funds from clients to
the management company.

in order to make management of all the transactions you will encounter easier and
