In 2010 Advantos converted the Enterprise application we license from a
character-based, telnet application to a web-based browser application. Many
of our clients experienced that conversion and are much happier using a
web browser rather than a third-party telnet client.
It was important to smooth the conversion and minimize any disruption of our
client's business processes and procedures. Consequently, a great deal of the
automation built into the upgrade, that would require different and easier procedures,
was downplayed.
Today, we are happy to help clients learn the benefits and streamlined procedures
available with the Advantos application. To this end, we want to offer training so
our clients can familiarize themselves with these new upgraded and automated processes.

Can I import bank transactions into Advantos?
Advantos has the capability to import bank transactions into Advantos on a
daily basis. Banks normally provide these daily files in BAIS2 format. Some
banks have more customized file formats, which Advantos can adjust to.
Your bank must agree to interface with the Advantos application, which all,
so far, are happy to. Advantos will configure a script to contact the bank's
computer and download their daily file then import into your Advantos database.
While this process is working we can also download remittance files and any
other files the bank normally sends you.
So, give us a call and we can work with your bank to automate your bank
reconciliations.

Advantos ® ERP software was designed to work as the core of a property management
business. All of the processes are designed to assist the management company to be
more efficient, resulting in improved profitability. Our Accounts Payable module
can create NACHA files to pay bills and can import invoices, say from a utility
company, en masse.
All of our modules automatically interface with the General Ledger module, where
all standard general ledger reporting is accomplished in a "Trust" and secure
environment.
Our Corporate Receivables module allows the maintenance of the corporate A/R by
automatically tracking and creating transactions rather than forcing users to
manually post transactions to the G/L separately, which is not recommended. This
module also allows NACHA files to be built to transfer funds from clients to
the management company.
Advantos ® modules all integrate seamlessly with the other Advantos ® modules
in order to make management of all the transactions you will encounter easier and
more secure.
